30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a plan, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full.

Subscriptions after 30 days

You can cancel at any time from your client portal (Invoices → Manage or cancel plan) and you won't be charged again. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't give partial refunds for the rest of that period.

One-time projects

If you've paid a deposit for a custom project, it's fully refundable until design work starts. After that, you pay for the work done so far and we refund the rest of the deposit.

Things we can't refund

Third-party costs we've paid on your behalf, such as domain names, paid plugins, or stock photos.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your name and the plan or invoice. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the law.
